What wine to pair your food with. Stops at local shops for food tasting and then he cooks a fine 5 coarse meal at his restaurant. A 4 hour tour turned in to 6 because we were having so much fun. Don’t miss this one. It’s a MUST. Big thanks to PJ and his wife for welcoming me to their kitchen. Food was fabulous.”
